Rico's Acai - Charlotte

Best Açaí bowls in town. They put such a good amount of fruit on there even the expensive kind. I love they have grain free granola! 100% recommended!

This was the best açaí bowl I've ever had. The lady that made it accommodated my substitutes and crafted it well!! This bowl has açaí , sweetened coconut flakes,peanut butter, blueberries,bananas &strawberries.

Service was slow, associate was not very kind and the açaí is not a blended base. The açaí was literally frozen at the bottom of the bowl. Not truly how the bowl should be prepared. Between Hawaii and Southern California, this one rates lowest on my list.

This place has terrible customer service. They are never open on time. They don't not answer phone calls. The business as a whole is completely unprofessional!!!! I've called several times after placing and paying for and order and cannot get a hold of ANYONE on the phone. This is not the first time. I Do Not Recommend This Place or ANY location!!!!!

The butter bro from Rico's açaí in Belmont is fantastic!! Definitely recommend!! The employees there are super sweet and patient! Me and my boyfriend get the same bowl all the time and enjoy it every time!!
