Papi Queso - Charlotte

I loved the truck and was so excited when she announced that Papi Queso would be in the Optimist Hall! I love all their grilled cheese options! If you didn't try this place, it's time!

If you are looking for a unique Grilled Sandwich this is the place, They never disappoint! I always get the side of tomato soup the Mac Chez. They are both rich velvety but such good flavors! I try a different sandwich every time!

I’m big on customer service and this place had a amazing and personable manager and a awesome cashier that had a great recommendation on what to order. I did not go wrong with any of my options but the bacon jalapeño grilled cheese hands down is my favorite!

Dope spot inside Optimist hall. Who doesn’t like a grilled cheese?! I purchased the mushroom Gruyère. It was perfect! The crisp of the bread, plentiful mushroom seasoned herbs, and most importantly, the cheese and cheese pull, perfect. You can’t ask more! Will definitely be back to try the Mac cheese grilled cheese!

Best grilled cheese I’ve ever had. I had the Mushroom with Gruyère and truffle sauce. My husband had the buffalo chicken grilled cheese. I’ll be thinking of this grilled cheese in my dreams awesome end to our date night.
