Las Pupusas Deli - Charlotte

I had an incredible experience with authentic Salvadoran food! The pupusas and other dishes were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The service was quick and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend trying everything on the menu!

The carne asada is overcooked; it resembles burnt meat. I specifically asked for it to be medium rare, but it's charred to a crisp. What's the point of even eating it? It's quite disappointing.

Amazing and authentic ?the $3 bean and cheese pupusas are delicious and the horchata is refreshing. the best I’ve had in Charlotte. the service is fast.

The food was average, and the service was just okay; the staff didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming. The atmosphere was disappointing and felt incomplete. It seemed primarily aimed at the construction lunch crowd. I'm unlikely to return; it was a letdown for my first visit to a pupuseria after moving from California.

While the space is a little sparse, the food more than makes up for it. Would definitely go back again.
