My dining experience was wonderful. I ordered four sandwiches for my family and everything was fresh and delicious.

I have been to this restaurant twice and both experiences were not good. The first time I thought it was just because it had recently reopened and the staff still needed training, but unfortunately, the second visit was also disappointing. During my first visit, I was offended by the vulgar language used by two young black male workers. The sandwiches I ordered were carelessly prepared and it seemed like all the adults in the kitchen were too busy chatting to pay attention. The manager, who I believe was named Deidra, was called over twice to fix a problem with the register but did not correct it. When I got home with my steak sandwiches, I found them to be poorly made with too much paprika and were falling apart. On my most recent visit last Friday, I ordered a turkey and a ham sub, which were also poorly prepared. The oil and vinegar on the sandwiches were tasty, but overall the sandwiches were disappointing. I believe training is very important, especially for young workers. Until they improve management at this location, I will be sticking to the Mint Hill location.

On March 25th at 7:30 pm, I arrived at the restaurant to find a long line out the door. I assumed it was due to the recent opening and the restaurant's prime location. While waiting, I observed some concerning things. The woman at the register, although helpful, had a negative attitude. The young worker who packed our sandwiches forgot to cut them in half, was rude to another customer, and worked very slowly. The person who prepared our sandwiches seemed inexperienced and unfocused. However, the man who assembled our order, possibly the manager, was excellent. Despite the chaotic environment, he remained calm and efficient. Although there were some issues with the service, the food we eventually received was enjoyable. I hope to revisit in the future and update my review with a better rating.

Staff were really friendly. I ordered on the app with several substitutions/adds on both subs and they were made perfect. the ingredients were fresh and the portions were huge.
