Good Food On Montford - Charlotte

The food was amazing, with flavors that I can't even fully describe. The ambiance was perfect, scoring a 10 out of 10. The espresso martini was one of the best I've ever had. Aleea, our server, was incredibly sweet and enhanced the overall experience. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. I can't stop thinking about that delicious lamb shank!

We visited Good Food last night (Tuesday) and had an amazing experience! The ambience was wonderful, the food was delicious, and our server (Derrick) was exceptional - one of the top servers in Charlotte! If you are lucky enough to have him as your server, you will receive excellent care and wish for this level of service every time you dine out. We enjoyed a delightful bottle of wine (shown in the picture), as well as Korean Beef, Larry's Buns, Garganelli Pasta, and Apple Crisp for dessert. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the pasta. I usually don't like sausage, but this sausage was particularly delicious and the pasta was homemade. The sauce was perfect. All in all, it was a fantastic evening! I recommend going on a Tuesday night as weekends tend to have strict time limits due to the high number of reservations. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves on a Tuesday without feeling overwhelmed by the weekend crowd.

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary at this restaurant. The server was very friendly and provided outstanding service, even recommending a wine that perfectly matched my taste. The garganelli was definitely a standout dish, possibly one of the best pasta dishes in the area. We were a bit too ambitious in ordering multiple dishes for just the two of us, and regretted not getting the full size of the garganelli. The green curry mussels were also delicious, and we found ourselves craving more naan bread to soak up the leftover curry sauce. It seems like we have a thing for carbs!

Came here for a business dinner, and we had a wonderful experience. Our server was kind and welcoming, and helped us order by making really great recommendations. Every course was better than the last! Look forward to coming back.

Fantastic restaurant choice for small plates. I was excited to try this place and it did not disappoint. Everything my table ordered was tasty, as we all shared plates amongst each other. My particular choices for the table were the Pommes Frites and Garganelli. The spread for the corn bread (not pictured) was amazing. Great service and ambiance. We sat outside under a heater and we're able to enjoy the weather.
