Fenwick's - Charlotte

This is the best shrimp and grits I've ever had. The sauce was fresh and had bits of bacon, and the grits were fried into a cake that paired perfectly with the creamy, rich sauce and perfectly cooked shrimp! The waitress was outstanding. Definitely my new favorite spot!

This place was very close to the presbyterian hospital where I had a test. the test I had to make quickly, so when we arrived at the restaurant at 15:45, I had not eaten since the night before. my man and I have chosen this restaurant to go from yelp. Oh, my God, it was from the charts! I had a steak sandwich w/handcut fries. it came with salat, tomato cheese top, seasoned were horseradish sauce and I asked for extra mayo. my man had a chicken plate that bacon had on it, a side of the cold black bean salad and hand cut fries....we also tried! this place is small, picturesque, has interior and exterior seats. we ate inside and our staff was extraordinary! thank you fenwicks! we have both agreed to drive from lincolnton, nc to charlotte, just to eat in their restaurant. So, see us next time!

The staff at this restaurant is friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is amazing! We decided to stop by for a late dinner and were impressed with their homemade creations. While the specials sounded tempting, we opted for perfectly grilled burgers, homemade fries, and delicious cakes for dessert. Sometimes, simplicity is all you need, and this restaurant excels at making simple dishes taste great.

The food really enjoyed here. friendly service and beautiful atmosphere. the food size was right. small escaping so I can imagine it's being busy. the summer berry salad was very good. nice menu area. I can see this as a friendly neighborhood dining place.
