Bidrage med feedbackI just called to disconnect my service since I've moved and the phone representative, Quineka, made it a breeze! I have zero complaints with Duke Energy, actually they were very communicative and cost effective!
Been a customer 20 years got behind during pandemic. Paid 180 added to current bills, caught up on last installment, was a little later calling in they cut off power in called as soon as my wife's called me 10 minutes or so I paid them. 1 he later they cut at back on and slammed me with a deposit of $488.00 plus my regular bill. Great people! When they pass away they will have to screw them in they ground because they are so crooked.
Terrible customer service to the point I don't know how they can claim to have customer service. Stuck with them.if I had a choice I wouldn't choose them
Overcharged me for one month. I cancelled online in advance, but since I couldn 't come up with a confirmation email because of their system updates at the beginning or end of the week, they refused to refund me any amount. Obviously not the fault of the customer service rep, rather their internal system.
On August 10, 2021 I had to call Duke Energy for service regarding power not getting to pole on side of house! Not only did I call for service within the hour there was one truck then two trucks were at my resident from the Mooresville plant, Their names were Willie and Brandon very respectful, professional and willing to get the problem fixed within the hour of service! I was extremely impressed on how quickly they found the problem and fixed it! These gentleman were very knowledgeable and skilled very well! Thanks kindly for the service! K. Houston
