If you have a desire for a milkshake that is not your average Vanilla, chocolate or strawberry then you should come here. It’s like the Baskin Robbins of Milkshakes. The burgers are decent but not great. The BLT comes on a hamburger bun and not toast which is different. They have two drive throughs and they get you in and out quickly. They have several locations around Charlotte.

The food was absolutely delicious, and I couldn't help but go back for seconds. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely return to enjoy another meal here.

Tonight, the line moved a bit slowly, but they mentioned they were short-staffed, so that’s completely understandable! The food was served hot! However, the nuggets were a bit overcooked. Otherwise, everything was good.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich tray and the chicken is UNCOOKED RAW CHICKEN IN THE MIDDLE. I?m extremely disturbed and nauseous? Do not visit this location if you don?t want to get sick. UPDATE Called cookout corporate and they were unapologetic and gave me one coupon for a free tray????. They really value their customers
