Not much selection today. The keto selection is larger at this location but I'm not too fond of the choices. You're a lots of chicken recipes and their chicken is really dry. The beef is really good and when you can find it salmon is good too. I would definitely like to see more salmon and shrimp choices.

My experience here was awesome, me and my goddaughter enjoy one of the Malibu mango shakes! We also tried a few of the foods all were awesome and healthy for you. I would like to really thank Brianna for being so awesome explaining everything to us and showing us a really nice time in the store. First time in. I would like to try the meal plan and live the grab and go concept. I do have a couple of requests. Can you make a menu of the meals you have any what is in them for grab and go? Post on website and hard copy in store. Also if possible maybe make print on your labels darker for those of us that are visually challenged. By th time I checked out I was really frustrated. I thought I had picked 3 GF items and got home and put on my glasses and 2 of them were not. There were 2 girls at the store and neither were very helpful for a first time customer. : Lastly, One of the meals I got was the A1 steak. Flavor was very good but meat was extremely dry. Freeze by date on it was November 1st so not sure if that is why. Hope to try again and have a better experience!

You?re not going to find another meal prep service that?s both inexpensive and delicious. I love all of the options they offer and I appreciate the fact that they publish the macros. Great for those who work 9-5, workout, and don?t want to spend their precious few hours in the evenings cooking.

Employees are super nice, they have a large variety of tasty and filling meals, and this location is right by the light rail. I love using these meals to take with me to work for lunch or after a long day to eat for dinner. 10/10 recommend, I can?t say enough good things about this place.
