Chipotle Mexican Grill - Charlotte

The restaurant serves one of the best cheese dips I have ever had. It was creamy and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. The three-cheese queso could have easily been a meal on its own. The burrito was tasty, although I found it to have a bit too many beans. The quesadillas were large and perfect for sharing. Unfortunately, they ran out of ice at the drink station, causing a slight inconvenience as we had to wait until near the end of our meal to get some. Overall, the prices were higher than similar places, but the delicious three-cheese queso made it worth it.

My wife and I go here frequently. The staff is always friendly and attentive. We obviously love the food because go 1x per week. Yesterday I dropped my debit card while in the restaurant eating. I called the restaurant today and they held my card in their safe. I am very grateful. Great food, but even better staff that will keep us coming back.

We came to this restaurant for dinner before a movie and we were impressed by the incredibly friendly and hard-working employees. The food was delicious and we had a great experience. Thank you!

We made a quick stop in the area and always enjoy eating at Chipotle. The restaurant was nice and clean, with a pleasant aesthetic inside. Our order was quickly prepared and the employees were helpful. We ordered our usual vegetarian bowl, but the chips were stale. However, they cheerfully exchanged them for a new bag. Unfortunately, the sweet tea was not good. There was a storm outside and we were not allowed to eat inside, which was inconvenient. Other than that, the food was good.

I probably get chipotle 4-6 times a week. this situation had not made fajita sweet for the last few months, what is disturbing when I try to take a quick lunch and lose time to drive here if I can go somewhere else.
