Bidrage med feedbackOn October 5th, I visited around 12:30 PM, which is a peak lunch hour. I had ordered a sandwich through the app in advance and ended up waiting inside for over 20 minutes. I asked three different staff members about my order. One of them walked around aimlessly without helping, while another rudely suggested that I must not have ordered it to this location, even though I had followed the procedure to alert them that I had arrived. Finally, one staff member checked the orders, found mine, had it made, and when they handed it to me, they claimed, "someone must have stolen it." Given that they personally hand out every order, it seems unlikely that anything would go missing. I only gave an extra star because, once I finally received my sandwich, it was both correct and tasty. However, I've learned to avoid this place during busy times and to keep a closer eye on my order in case of any issues.
My family's experience at this Chick-Fil-A was extremely disappointing. Several items from our meal were missing, and when we approached an employee about it, we were ignored. One of the chicken nugget servings only contained one actual nugget, with the rest being just bits of fried breading. When we requested a replacement, the employee argued with us, insisting it didn't need to be addressed. Eventually, he agreed to replace the nuggets but made snide comments in the kitchen about our request. We felt completely disrespected throughout this encounter. This level of service is unacceptable and quite disappointing, especially for a Chick-Fil-A. Additionally, there was a large hairball lying in front of the kitchen entrance (see attached photo). I am very dissatisfied with our experience at this restaurant and will not be returning to this location.
I've tried and tried, but I can no longer deal with the Rivergate location. I'm not sure of what changed and when, but they have been NOTORIOUS for messing up my orders. On at least 2 occasions, I've ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on the gluten free bunand they literally did not give me chicken fillet!. The bun is always packaged separately and the grilled chicken along with thesandwich toppings are packaged in a separate bowl. All the toppings are there, but there's NO CHICKEN! Most recently we ordered2 breakfast bowls with the grilled fillets and this is what I got ???? I've made complaints and was rewarded for the bad orders,but they still get it wrong! It's not even worth it at this point I'm happy to hear that some of you have had a much morepleasant experience ????
So my chicken biscuit got left out of my drive thru order. Didn't notice till I got home so I drove back and explained what happened and got one. This is the garbage I was given. There is barely half a biscuit in total and each side is about as thinas a piece of paper. Half of the egg was cold. The whole thing is falling apart and you should be embarrassed if this is thequality of food you're putting out to any customer.
The service was average. The food was good, but I was really hoping for the indoor playground to be open. After all, it seems strange to let kids run around inside the restaurant where there are germs, but not allow them to play in the indoor playground. Our son was quite disappointed that we couldn't play inside. We ended up taking our food to go, but when we arrived at the nearby outdoor playground, they forgot our salad dressing. A salad without dressing is pretty lackluster, to say the least.
