Brookwood Farms - Charlotte

We ordered the pulled pork plate, which comes with two sides (we chose mac and cheese and beans), but both were quite bland. The plate also included three small hush puppies, and there was no bread served. The total came to $16.66, and we didn’t order any drinks. The food was okay, but the portion of meat was very small, making it not worth the price. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly rude and lacked basic people skills and customer service. It felt like we were bothering them just by placing our order.

I wish I had checked Yelp before ordering the BBQ pulled pork from here. The pulled pork was dry, and the green beans weren’t great either. On the positive side, I appreciated the variety of flavors, but to be honest, the BBQ here was one of the worst I’ve tasted. The potatoes were decent, earning about 3 stars. My advice to the restaurant is to really focus on food quality; eating at an airport should not be such a disappointing experience.

Here are the facts and they decide: in the airport long line, but moving quick! Chipotle/Qdoba style service (for the lack of better words) know what they want before in line. If you don't ask, don't give you. our opinion: I thought of the maisbrot, but I was not too impressed. Try it, they could not agree. the brisket was soft, damp and tasted good. I came back because the personal was nice and professional they gave us a free water so it left a good impression. total 4.5 food 4.5 service 4.5 quickness 5

This is a great spot for BBQ while you wait for your flight at CLT. The food is tasty, and the portion sizes are satisfying. The only downside is the pricing, which can be on the higher side. But then again, it is located in an airport.

One worst run BBQ joints in state NC! Place is CONSTANTLY out of everything (including but not limited to BBQ and even BBQ sauce) and service horrible too. What they have mastered is hiring incredibly rude associates who literally could give two figs and rude as H to customers. Lady in front of me asked server, what do you recommend? Guy working, no clue I would never eat at this place. LOL. Talk about hole, highly DO NOT recommend this dive.
