Kudos to Ms Mary!! Best Bojangles experience I ever had. The food amazing, the service it was outstanding. It should be example for other restaurants.

This BoJangle?s was awesome.???????? The food was hot and fresh! All of the staff were extremely Friendly especially the lady at the Drive-Thru window! I?m not sure of what her name was, but mannn she was super friendly and had a beautiful smile. I hope this review reaches her, she brightened me and my kids day! WORST BOJANGLES IN CHARLOTTE SKIP this place! Trust me! I went inside to order thinking it would be quicker, boy was I wrong. The staff was running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off, but it wasn?t even that busy. Waited in line at least 15 minutes, different people working the register, also handling food without changing gloves. My fries had NO SEASONING, NONE! My Sierra Mist had NO FLAVOR, and there was NO ICE! The only thing done correctly was my chicken sandwich except I watched the same woman handling money make my sandwich without changing gloves! SICK! I?ve never had a worse experience at Bojangles EVER in my life. I will be contacting corporate over this one. Don?t believe the glowing reviews, this place is TRASH.

I have never gotten a correct order from here. Every single time. I swear it off after having a bad experience opening my bag, and then months later I?ll go back and my order will be screwed up, again. Cycle repeats. But honestly I guess it doesn?t matter if the order is correct or not because there?s no shortage of customers at that location. So they?re still making money, regardless of wether our orders are correct or not. So you think they care?

In a very nice place. But I don't really like how sharp her roast chicken sandwich is. except for the well cooked and large part.
