Unbelievable, no ice. all the tubs empty and none in the load. came in with family after a very nice dinner here. grandkids disappointed.

Have you ever heard of an ice cream store with no ice cream? Went there on Sunday and was told they had no ice cream until the following Wednesday. Very underwhelming experience, place was kind of dirty and disorganized. They should just sell the business or close the doors because it is obvious the owner just doesn't care. Save yourself a trip find a better place.

Blown away about how awesome the experience in buying a birthday cake. Annette was so kind and helpful in the process of ordering a cake. Will definitely be back.

What kind of ice cream store has NO ICE CREAM at 7:30pm on a SATURDAY NIGHT? Two weekends in a row?! And when asked for a phone number so we don 't have to drive 15 minutes to not get ice cream next time, the person working says this store doesn 't have a phone . Pretty sure that 's a lie as we saw one on the counter. We won 't be returning to that place.

Busy location but staff does their best to keep up and are always friendly! I will always praise this location because it's the most convenient baskin robins to find the pistachio almond ice cream and iykyk. They also never fail to give me a great experience whenever I order an ice cream cake from them.
