Wendy's - Charlotte County

Drive thru was very slow when they first opened but now they are moving at a brisk pace and are always friendly

For the 2nd time I was handed 4 frostys without spoons or straws and have to wait for the rest of our food. Since I had to wait I waved the lady back to window and asked for spoons and she said they will be in the bag and walked away. Finally after getting our food we can enjoy our melted frosty. I tried kindly letting the lady know having frostys with no spoon is pointless and should give spoons when handing them out although you could tell she didn't care as she closed the window. Half the time this place is out of most the menu. Definitely needs corporate to come in!

Fries were cold, they gave us both the wrong burger as well. Drive through voice was all extremely rude.

I hate using my career in the food service as my gripe platform, but a local Wendy's was my final straw. Food service establishments in punta gorda and port charlotte need attention from local health departments. We arrived at the restaurant to find the dining room locked with no signs or reason why. We proceeded to the drive thru as we ordered our food online and we only needed to pick it up. We ended waiting 30 minutes in drive thru for a order we ended getting a refund for.

Service is always excellent, the employees are amazing . My only issue is that they are almost always, I'm talking every other week, out of chocolate FROSTYS!!!!!
