Culver's - Charlevoix

Not impressed with the service at this location. Ordered 2 pints of ice cream was told they had to make more no big deal paid was told to pull up. Sat and waited for over a half hour finally got fed up asked what was going on employee says I'll be right out waited another 5 mins finally employee comes out with our order tells us we bumped your order? Seriously I won't come here again you bump our order but others were getting there's and we were ahead of them.Sorry you lost

Great pretzel bits and custard, even got a free pup cup for the dog! I did feel misguided by their custard flavors though, they listed mint as its own flavor so I got a mint milkshake. The shake was vanilla with weird mint syrup mixed in, which was overpowering and underwhelming all at the same time. Do not list the flavors you mix in as a flavor of custard. Just say you have vanilla, chocolate and strawberry or whatever.

Good food and service I had the double Butterburger with Swiss and my wife had the grilled chicken salad both were great. We also shared an order of fried cheese curds which were delicious.

Well they messed up the order, and they're very expensive compared to other fast food places, but the food was greasy as hell, and apparently they make every burger with butter tons of it! Every bite you take grease drips all over!

Not bad. Quick service. Wasn't impressed with the cheese curds though. Average for a Culvers which is what I'm rating it against.
