Charlevoix Pizza Company

I attempted to visit the restaurant tonight while attending the apple festival. The website, the sign outside, and Google all stated that they open at 5 PM and close at 9 PM. However, when I arrived at 5:30 PM, they were still closed.

The website indicates that they're open, but it's 5:30 PM during the Apple Fest, and surprise—they're closed. What a disappointment!

The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. The pizza is tasty, and the cauliflower crust for gluten-sensitive customers is fantastic. However, if you have a serious gluten sensitivity, be aware that it is prepared alongside gluten-containing pizzas in the oven. Another concern I had was the scarcity of toppings on the pizza; I've never seen such minimal portions before. Each slice had just about one piece of every topping. I hope this isn't standard practice.

This place is a joke! They don't answer the phone!! Look at the website!!! when you try to order online, you get a message that the system is down and they are out of stock!! Hilarious.... run by 2 slow 6 year olds, obviously.... when you call you get no answer and a message that the phone mail is full. We then called BC pizza and someone answered right away and we ordered 4 large pizzas.... they were excellent and delivered... Hope this poorly managed dump goes out of business...
