Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar - Charlestown

I visited Hamilton Crust Pizza feeling very stressed about their online ordering system. I was extremely frustrated with the process, but then I was directed to a man named Sabi. He not only saved the day by helping me with my online order, but he was also a perfect gentleman. Sabi handled the whole process in a calm and friendly manner, with a smile on his face. I will definitely be returning to Crust as long as Sabi is there.

This restaurant in the Newcastle area is likely the top spot for pizza - my son adores it. While the prices may be a bit high, the quality is certainly top-notch. My family wholeheartedly believes it's worth every penny.

Purchased 2 Large pizzas tonight and was told beforehand that there was a 40 minute wait. Asked for a Garlic Bread while waiting so they gave me an extra one for being patient. Order was ready in 20 minutes and they still apologized for the wait time. Nice food and polite staff. Can't ask for better than that. Thanks Guys. We'll be back

Worst service worst staff worst communication worst manager WORLDS WORST PIZZA.. How do they manage to stay open? My first last! This was home delivery so questions below not appropriate.

I placed an order for delivery. After waiting for 2 hours, I tried calling the restaurant. It took a long time, but I finally got through and was told that my pizza was about to go in the oven. Their original estimate was 90 minutes, which I already thought was generous. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend wasting your time here.
