Jay C Food Store - Charlestown

I love the people here... Always helpful... One downside is the selection of organic is not that great and the fruit selection could be upgraded... Other than that, love the convenience of shopping right down the street!

Jay C is the only grocery store in Charlestown, which means that prices can be somewhat higher. For instance, a gallon of milk will set you back around $3.30. However, the cashier is friendly, and the store is always well-organized and clean.

While the selection isn’t as extensive as some larger establishments, it offers a sufficient variety for a typical meal. The staff is friendly and polite, and the wait times at checkout are minimal.

This place is one of my favorites! It's not too big and definitely not too small—just the right size for my shopping needs. I can hardly believe that they didn't have what I was looking for... it's just so incredibly comfortable for our household, and the prices are great.

Always clean and shelves can be in stock as well.
