Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Charleston

I use to love this place but lately they are horrible. Today was the worst it's been. I doordashed my food and it was thrown in a bag with no container and the wrapping coming off. The wrap itself was hard and had hair wrapped up I side it. That's disgusting. I hate it because I use to love eating here. $24 and can't even eat my dinner. They may refund me tomorrow they said. Not really concerned at all about the hair when I called all they said was do you a refund. Idk how to post a picture … – show

Gross and trashy. Wish we had better options on the island. This place is garbage.

Regular costumer but recently my orders have been messed up my sandwiches never have bacon on it anymore. I believe this is partly because on the online order it doesn’t say plus bacon when you add it but just says “yes please” to the order. Other than that it has been great.

I am a Regular customer and have nothing but great things to say about this location and their employees. I know times are tough with labor but they are making the sweetest lemonade out of lemons I’ve ever tasted. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend

They don't tell you about up charges, for example. I order the kids meal that comes with a smoothie. I ordered the watermelon soothie. For that “special” drink they tacked on 3 extra dollars to the kids meal and then didn't even tell me. I saw the total before I swiped my card and had to asked what happened to the price.
