Panera Bread - Charleston

Three words: AUTUMN SQUASH SOUP! Don't miss out on it—it's a seasonal delight you absolutely need to try! Trust me on this. Everything is incredibly fresh right now. They efficiently manage the line, almost as quickly as Chick-fil-A! Parking can be a bit frustrating, especially during lunch hours, but the soup makes it all worthwhile!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed my order, but both the cashier and the staff at the counter were unfriendly and rude. While waiting for my food in the dining area, I noticed that the beverage station was dirty, and most tables had not been cleaned. There was food and paper scattered all over the floor. Despite the restaurant's charming appearance, I don't believe it's worth the nearly $40 I spent. I won't be returning. I called the company's office and learned that this restaurant is a franchise; they assured me they would pass along my feedback. I also sent a message directly to the store but never received a response. I'm certain I'm not the first person to voice concerns about this location.

I had perhaps the worst restaurant experience of my life. All the tables were dirty, and the drink machines were empty. The drink stations were also very unclean. A random man even approached us, asking us to eat. There were no cups or lids available. When we received our salads, they were literally frozen. When I returned them, the kitchen staff remarked that there wasn’t much they could do about it. I did get a refund from the manager, who never apologized. I wouldn't recommend coming here!

I arrived an hour before closing and was served to my meal. You said they couldn't give me a bowl for my soup, a plate for my sandwich, real cutlery, just plastic! And no sweet tea; until tomorrow! This is not what I wanted or expected for my din in experience. I'm not back!

I actually didn 't eat at this place because honestly I didn 't see anything on the menu that I liked. ????? But my date ate there very often, so we sat down to talk so that he could eat something real quick. I ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade and it was below average. I didn 't even finish it. And apparently my date wasn 't too pleased with his sweet tea that he had. I honestly thought it was a green tea with the way it looked. ? He even said it didn 't taste like a sweet tea. Smh. ? Anyways, the sandwich he ordered didn 't look all that appetizing but it was he that ate it, but barely. Well, as you can see, I 'm not a Panera Bread person but maybe you are! ? I can only speak on what I experienced, so I gave 4 ? 's because the location and the inside of the establishment was very clean. And that 's always a big deal to me. So, go see for yourself and enjoy!
