O-ku - Charleston

I heard the hype for “O-Ku” so gave it a try. The sushi was very fresh and they had a great drink selection. We were seated quickly and our server gave excellent service! Highly recommend!

Great sushi spot near King street with a modern feel and explorative rolls with traditional touches!

The sushi and appetizers were delicious, but beware ordering sake. Much to our chagrin, we were charged $61 for a standard bottle of Sayuri (aka Little Lily) which can be bought at Total Wine for $17-$20.

O-Ku was absolutely amazing! The food was incredible and I highly recommend the Sugar and Spice drink. A sweet drink with a kick! The service was awesome and ensured we had everything we needed and was very personable! Definitely will be going back!

Cool spot on upper King… we ate at the bar and was able to dance in between appetizers.
