Hokkaido Sushi Hibachi - Charleston

Meh. Wife and I had hibachi entrees. I had chicken and she had chicken and steak. All the meat was chewy and under seasoned.

Delicious restaurant we were trying to find a restaurant within walking distance of our hotel and had vegetarian options. We weren’t sure how good it would be but it ended up being great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!Vegetarian options: Had items I could actually eat instead of just getting sides personally I ordered the hibachi vegetable with white rice and miso soup and it was delicious!

Food was pretty good but expensive. Sushi was delicious. Workers were on their phones playing games and barely spoke or greeted.

Very unprofessional. Employee used racial slurs towards customer of color.

Best pink lady roll I’ve ever had, staff works hard, great service and great food
