Arby's - Charleston

This is the 3rd time I have been there in the last few weeks only to be told they are out of beef! How does Arby’s a roast beef restaurant run out of beef so many times? It’s ridiculous!

Just left this Arby 's and told myself I WILL write a review when I get home.The time was 1:41 PM. Walked in to a mostly empty place except two people eating.Stood at the counter and was ignored for a good amount of time,worker Isreal was working the drive thru.I said in a normal voice,is anyone here? Isreal walks over and tells me that I need to have more patience and he 's the only one taking orders and again tells me I need to have more patience..I can see someone saying that if I had a bad attitude but I do not act like that.I think he wanted to start an argument with me and was showing off but I didn 't give him the satisfaction.He gets to the register and says OK talk to me .His attitude was completely uncalled for and it felt very racial. I should have left but was hungry for an Arby 's sandwich. Some places treat you badly so you won 't come back and it worked ,I will no longer stop here. PS: Cold fries and a sloppy sandwich.

The person ahead on me at 9pm waited about 5 minutes and left. I did the same and no one ever came to the speaker, this was at 9:10pm. As I drove by the window there are ppl there obviously not working or doing anything. Terrible. I won’t ever go back to this Arby’s.

Worst assistance ever waited 5 minutes just to talk to but waited 20 in the line getting to order not gonna mention the 20 waiting for food
