Applebee's - Charles Town

Order this shortly before 11 because it is late. I worked much bigger pieces than Logan’s in Martinsburg. I was greeted within 30 seconds walk in the door, despite the short staff signs attached to it. Sauce was fresh and at the point. The sticks were perfectly cooked.

Food was good broccoli in dish was not cooked, but that was my fault for not read carefully The only negative thing was a feeling to leave a little rushed. Margaritas were okay more mix than Tequila, but not awfully reasonable for $3,99.

We followed a show at Hollywood Casino. The lady who helps us was super nice. She probably didn't have a server because of the late hour. She did the bar, but she was super helpful, very attentive and really a nice person. She came several times to check us and got us pop and water to go cups because she knew we were going home. I recommend this place more than that. Thanks for a nice experience.

Service was great, food was good, we wish more attention to serving sizes. The ribs my friend got were tiny, my 1 year old grandchild would have eaten this no problem.

I usually do car side to go which I’ve never had a problem with. Today I went inside to pick up because I needed to also get a gift card. It was very busy inside and all the employees were friendly that I interacted with. Most restaurants are short staffed and people need to just try to have a little more patience .
