Mcdonald's - Charleroi

Absolutely horrible. Manager cussed me out over the phone multiple times. Her employees got my DoorDash wrong and blamed it on me. She told me it's not her fault for making my order wrong.

Roll through here like once ever 3 months when im desperate and obvious delirious considering my decision to still come here on occasion. Its the only place near work open past like 7pm otherwise id never make the mistake as many times as I have, if its ANY worker besides the manager with the black braided ponytail working then say good bye to your time and money EVERY single time. Want nuggets? Hope you like 8 for the price of 10 and dont need any sauce! A burger with everything on it? Have a patty with a pile of salt on it!A plain burger? Roger that, we'll load it up with everything! A large coffee with 9 cream and sugar? Make it a small but keep the 9 cream and sugars! Whats that? Just a measly ice water you say? Carbonate that water and make it warm! This isnt an exaggeration either, all real experiences from this genius led location. Avoid both this McDonalds and the BK in Rostraver if you value yourself in any way, shape or form. A tough tie between the most consistently bad restaurants ive ever been to. But hey, at least their almost in first place for something, even if its for the most horrible restaurant in existence award!

They messed up my order 2 times after telling them the correct one they are all stuck up and don't know what they are doing

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I fully understand it's fast food. Most of it is garbage. But every single tune I come here, I can't have one of the two things I try to order. A couple weeks ago, I ordered a black coffee, and a classic chicken sandwich. After I waited like 5 minutes at the food window, grandma comes to the window to tell me it's going to be at least three minutes on the chicken and asks if I want something else, or if I want a refund. Give me my money back. The last two times, large black coffee, iced Carmel macchiato. The first time, they let me get to the second window to tell me the machine was down. And here we are a week or two later, still can't have one. The only place in this dreadful town for caffeine that isn't from a gas station while my daughter is at dance, and they suck. Save yourself the headache.

In Charleroi on business and the only location I could find was this McDonalds. I have to say it is very different then most McDonald's stores. The service is extremely slow and the managers are not helping out the crew to speed up times. It took 15 minutes to get my order through, with multiple mistakes, and I was the only person in line. The line is currently 15 people long, and they have all been waiting 20 minutes now. The food at this location is also subpar, the hash brown was cold, the sandwich warm at best, and the coffee (which I usually like at McDonald's) was absolutely awful! I will never stop in this place again, I would rather order from the gas station down the street.
