Giovanni's Pizza - Chapmanville

The food was hot and prepared quickly, and everything went smoothly. Even with COVID-19 precautions, the service remained excellent.

Tried out the Chapmanville location. Ordered the Philly sub and someone I was with let me try some of their French fries. The bread for my sandwich was perfectly baked, but too soft or hard. And the toppings were fresh and tasty and made for a great meal. The fries I tried were also on point. I can only assume they baked them along with their bread since they were so good. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. They greeted and wished us careful travels on the way out. Very professional. If you're in the Chapmanville area and in the mood for some good Italian food. I can't recommend em enough. You won't be disappointed.

First, the wait staff tried giving us the wrong order, and then once our order came out, we never saw our wait staff again, not even for any refills or anything. I had to go to the front counter to ask for a to go box for lasagna, and I was given a small pizza box... yea, I'm not sure how THAT was supposed to work, but I made it work. If I ever visit the area again, I will not be going back. Service: Dine in
