Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Pristine Zaxby?s with newer farmhouse style restaurant design, conveniently located right off the highway exit. Landscaping was immaculate and parking lot seemed new and spacious. Thankfully we arrived at the drive thru line when there were only 2 cars ahead of us. Ordered ahead in the app and everything went smoothly. Probably only waited 3-5 minutes from the time we arrived to the time we pulled out of the drive thru line with hot food in hand! Zaxby?s staff were pleasant, respectful, and dressed in clean uniforms. Ordered the Chicken fingers Kid?s menu size and everything was as expected. Delicious! Will definitely stop here again when driving by. Super positive experience.

It was just ok. We ordered a meal and they dis not even give our drink cup. I had to go ask and one of the Ice machines was empty.

Terrible service. we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, a large fry and 2 waters. the server said something bak, i could not understand, it was like a mumble. i repeated the order, paid my bill and she gave me 3 cups for water, didn't understand why. when i got my food, my wife had her sandwich and fries. i opened mine and it was only fries. took it up to the counter and asked for my sandwich, she said i didn't order 2 sandwiches. she said i ordered 1 chicken sandwich meal a large fry and 2 extra waters.i tolde her i did not and if she couldn't give me my sandwich, she could have the fries back. the manager came over asked me what happened, i told her she got the order wrong. she said she did not and that i should not burn food at her employees, which i asked what that meant, she didn't answer. i have eaten there before and the food was good. i told the manager if they can't get a simple order right i didn't think i would be back. she said good we don't want you back, gave me my money back for the order and walked away.

Inside of the restaurant was very nice, the cashier helped me pick out a great order, and they were relatively quick with our order! Very friendly customer service too.

We stop here once or twice a year traveling back on I-26 from visiting the SC beaches for vacation. This is one of those newer farmhouse-style Zaxby's, and it's right off the interstate and highway exit ramp. I couldn't recommend this location more; I've been to a lot of Zaxby's and none of them compare to the cleanliness and friendliness of this one. The food is always prepared properly and we can get in and out quickly and back on the road. You'll rarely find a fast food restaurant this well-kept and clean.
