Brandwein's Bagels - Chapel Hill

Yum. Some of the better bagels I’ve had outside of the Northeast. Brought a half dozen home with me to AshevilleSome have said too expensive but I feel it’s worth it. Plus the staff is super friendly

Best bagel I’ve ever had! Will go out of my way to get them. The sometimes long wait is worth it. Staff is always friendly and the owner is so kind!

10/10!! gem in chapel hill. the salt bagels are top tier. you don’t need to go anywhere else. all you need is at brandwein’s. they are my emotional support bagels.

This place is everything you need/want in a bagel shop: efficient, accommodating (generous business hours), delicious and friendly!

Enjoyed an everything bagel with fixings on both sides! Didn't match my extensive memory of NYC bagels, but it was still a good bagel. They also have deli sandwiches. Nice neighborhood corner deli/bagelry.
