Please do not fill the cup to the top with ice. Ordererd a large but I should've just got a small with the amount left after the ice.

Had 3 shakes and there was ice cream all over the cup on the outside, plus it was overflowing. Called and complained and all I got was well we have a new person on ice cream. Given the high prices I'm paying, I expect my food to be absolutely perfect.
