Pizza is always amazing and ready to be picked up right on time. Please ask specific questions about specials. The Thursday offer Free pizza upgrade does NOT include the difference of ingredient prices, only the difference in crust price. This deal only knocked off $2 when upgrading from L to XL with 5 ingredients. Also, this location is still adding a PROP 206 charge with every order. Expect to see $1-$3 added to total. Customers are paying the difference in increased minimum wage to this location since the proposition was approved in 2017.

We shared a large Hawaiian pizza. Was pleasantly different than any I had before. Had a sort of buffalo wing flavor to it.

Outstanding pizza on one visit. Great pasta the next visit. As always friendly and accommodating. So refreshing to experience, a store work for my business. Keep up the good work. So much better with this new ownership.

Just happened, 5:20pm. I ordered a 16? pepperoni pizza to pickup, and pre-paid online. I arrived to pick up and was asked to pay again. I stated I had already paid online. She told me insistently that there was no record of it. I then paid again, took the pizza out to my vehicle, downloaded my credit card app to find out. It showed 2 current charges from Rosatis Pizza. One for $20.17 and another for the latest charge of $20.88. She refunded the $20.17? I arrived home and found it wasn?t even the pepperoni pizza I ordered, it was a cheese pizza! I called them back, explained the situation and was put on hold for the manager. A young man picked up the phone and said can I help you, obviously picked up the wrong line and put me back on hold for another 45 seconds of silence before they hung up on me. I called back, was immediately asked to hold, 3:42 seconds later, they picked up the phone and hung up. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place but if you happen to order anything here you better triple check it!! Their website trips you over to ?Slice?, another handler unaware. See what happens when you don?t answer the phone!!

I really want to see this place do well. Quality of pizza is normally really good but my last 2 experiences may be my last here. Both times, what was communicated as a 45 minute delivery was nearly 2 hours and tonight?s order arrived without white sauce on one pizza which was also fairly cold. Just not worth the price or the wait.
