Pieology Pizzeria - Chandler

I had an amazing experience at my first Pieology in California, but my visit to the Chandler location was disappointing. I ordered artichoke hearts, and when Brittney serve them, she grabbed one heart and tore it into pieces instead of serving them whole on my pizza. When I asked for more, she told me she had to do it that way. I've never had this issue at any other Pieology. Please, Chandler, follow the standard that other locations uphold and give customers what they expect!

"This Pieology is in a great location, and the staff is very friendly. The dining area is quite pleasant. There are plenty of delicious toppings to choose from. My only concern is that I'm limited to just 23 dollars for two pizzas, which isn't enough. I'll have to save up for next time!"

I gave this place another chance, and unfortunately, they messed up my order again and burned the pizza—yet again! How can they be so incompetent at making pizza? My last few visits have been a total disaster. I placed an order today that said it would be ready in 16-20 minutes. I arrived right at the 20-minute mark, and there wasn't a single customer in sight. They were just finishing up the pizzas and moving at a painfully slow pace. What’s the point of ordering online if it doesn’t save any time? After waiting another 10 minutes, I drove the 10 minutes home only to find that they made my pizza incorrectly. Three weeks ago, both of my pizzas were burned to a crisp. Before that, one of the employees closed early even though the posted hours online and on the door said they should have been open. They really need to get their act together!

This was supposed to be a THIN CRUST pizza?. It was thick and the middle was doughy. Only added 2 stars because my husband?s cauliflower pizza was good.

I love their cauliflower crust, pesto, artichokes, spinach, chicken, mozzarella, and ricotta cheese. I was on hold for about 5 mins and one of the girls there called me on another line to tell me their phones were down. I would've been still waiting onhold so many thanks for her diligence.
