Panera Bread - Chandler

You will find the most kind and considerate staff ever at this Panera. I have always loved the food here, but now that I am gluten and dairy free, I can’t eat many of the options here. I still come in for drinks all the time, and sit and do work, and every time I come in the staff greats me with a smile and genuinely engages with me. I come just for the people. ?

We come here semi frequently and the staff is always super nice and the orders are made exactly as I ordered :

The only reason they get a one is because they're kind. don't bother calling they won't answer, don't bother going to wanting something unless it's a drink they'll always get it wrong, honestly don't waist your time or gas on this place.

Good chicken and tomato soup…french onion soup was just okay. Disappointed that somehow they were out of chipotle, but we ended up getting some sandwiches with their signature sauce as a replacement and it just didn’t taste the same.

So disappointed in my dinner tonight!! My bowl of soup had 4 noodles, 4 carrots, and 3 little chunks of chicken.I wasn't provided a spoon and my sandwich didn't have the chipotle aioli that it should have.I tried calling the store waiting on hold for 5 minutes and then was disconnected... Well bottom line $20 for a meal with this type of quality is not acceptable.???
