Jack In The Box - Chandler

I haven't been to a Jack In The Box since I was little. I was pleasantly surprised. The fries were hot, fresh and phenomenal. The staff was really friendly.

These guys can 't get an order right. I waited to write this review and gave them a few chances, but it 's useless. Twice in two separate visits, they got my order wrong. One time I asked for a chicken sandwich and got a burger and the second time, I asked for onions on the sandwich and got nothing despite the sticker on the box that said onions . Plus, no buttermilk ranch with Jalapeño Poppers despite asking for it. What a ridiculous standard. Not going here anymore. ATTENTION: It is possible the Owner Bot will respond to this with an apology and a promise to escalate this like he/it has been doing for other disenchanted reviews. If you 're smart, you 'd be better off ignoring that. This place is beyond repair.

These tacos are still the best! I absolutely love them.

Online ordered with the app and sent daughter to pick up. I had ordered the 4 pieces crispy chicken stripe combo meal. opened the box and to my surprise there were 4 eier roles. we also ordered an additional medium order of riders that were not included. the food we got was good, but it would have been better if we got what we ordered.

The terrible service that eats is cooled and they gave me my drink without ice. terrible! I never go to that jack in box again.
