Gosan Poke&roll - Chandler

I was very impressed with this restaurant. The sushi and poke dishes were amazing, and the service was quick and efficient. We enjoyed our meal so much that we decided to come back the next night for dinner. I wish there were more locations nearby.

Gosan is my favorite restaurant! It is perfect for me (gluten-free and vegetarian) and my husband. If they ran out of something, they always made sure to make it right. Our orders were always accurate and the delivery was always on point. The only reason we can't eat here anymore is because we have moved to the west. It will always be our favorite place to eat!

The food was very good! I got a bowl and a roll. I like how their rolls are only 3 pieces because that allows to to taste multiple rolls at once.I gave a rating of 4 stars because the wait was a bit long but everything else was great.The customer service is always top tier!

We stopped in to satiate our poke cravings. Overall a good experience with friendly service. Ordering was fun using the paper forms.The quality of ingredients was great and the overall flavors were great too. The spicy is spicy for sure.4 star experience because of 3 things my girlfriend ended up having a fish bone in her salmon- they forgot to put the sauce on her meat- the rice to meat quantity is out of balance. There's barely enough rice in there to go with all the protein.But overall I wouldn't turn anyone away from here and maybe our qualms over the rice portion wouldn't bother others.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I visited on May 22nd at 4 o'clock and the cashier quickly made my bowl without confirming anything with me. This has happened to me three times now. The first time I ate here, everything was great, but the last two times have been awful. The staff constantly messed up my orders. The second time, they prepared my sushi rolls incorrectly, missing ingredients. I decided to give it one more chance today, but my order was completely wrong again. I paid for 2 proteins, but only received 1, and the extras I asked for were missing. Instead of the 2 sauces I requested, they only put in 1. The bowl was repulsive and not at all what I had asked for. I am fed up and will not be returning to this restaurant.
