Bidrage med feedbackWe were recommended by friends to try this restaurant that was opened less than a year by a young couple of faranda jerome. every aspekt of our lunch was excellent from the amuse bouche from makrele to the delightful mouth water miniature madeline. and short with our coffee / tee. they offer a lot of fixed Prix choices from 19 € to 35 € or a la cart. everything is made by the cook, even the small details like the honigeis with the desert served. for the net we had the kalbs that had been boiled in the soupen vide and then easily panfried. the vene was served with pumpkin, which were flavored with curcuma and celeriac. Just beautiful. this restaurant is a must if they are in the position of Basse-Normandie. it is worth going out of that. farando speaks English, this is an additional bonus for those who do not speak French. we can not thank our friends enough for the heads and we hope this young couple enjoys great success, as they obviously love what they do, which offers exceptional food.
It is amazing what they can find at the most unlikely locations. between acres and acres of the farmland in the southern normandie and about seven miles of l’aigle, you will find the village chandai and the wonderful restaurant of ecuyer normand. eating is excellent and. the service is friendly and efficient. as they expect, served ecuyer normand normandie kitchen and offers a lot of set menus to different trips and served a la carte. if they're in the opposite, it's worth a visit.
That is a family-run restaurant. philippe in the kitchen and mme. or a family member in the service. we went 20 years ago and found it randomly on the way to a canal port. our then little kids were invited to the top to watch the TV with their, service! Since then, we've been diverting our route to go back. we have never been disappointed, in which we still find it better than we remember. the menu rolls with the seasons. it is concise and excellent. there is much to choose what to leave? eating is refined and tends to norman. desserts are made to order, they choose at the beginning of the meal. given the fact that schoolboy French must have the equivalent English we seem to manage the orders. cider is a good option instead of wein to finish calvados. with a bib gourmande in the michelin, eating is refined, but it does not exaggerate in any way.

Our then small children were invited upstairs to watch the television with theirs, service! Since then we divert our route just to go again. We have never been disappointed, indeed we always find it even better than we remember. The menu rolls with the seasons. It is concise and excellent. There is plenty to choose from, what to leave out?The food is refined and tends towards the Norman. Desserts are made to order, you choose at the beginning of the meal.Given that schoolboy French has to match the equivalent English we seem to manage the orders.
