Subway - Champlin

The restaurant was supposed to close at 10pm, but when I arrived at 9:30pm the workers told me they were already closed.

I attempted to contact the restaurant twice and was disconnected both times after waiting on hold for an extended period. I was calling regarding a turkey wrap that I received, which was overloaded with mustard. This was the second time this has happened. I ordered the sandwich through DoorDash and did not request such an excessive amount of mustard. I am baffled as to why someone would think it necessary to use so much mustard, resulting in it overflowing from both sides of the wrap. The employee working tonight was very friendly and treated my daughter and I with exceptional service. He went above and beyond to make sure she was happy with her meal and even asked her about her basketball game!

Arrived at 10am and they only had 4 loaves of day old bread left. They open at 9am, how is this possible? Waste of a drive.

The service was terrible. The three employees noticed me, but continued to work on making one sub together for over five minutes. There was no one else in line. The service was slow and the sandwiches were messy. I haven't visited this restaurant in years, but decided to come because I had a coupon.
