Maybe it was our choice, but there weren't many evidence for high-choice cook in everything we ate. the eating was okay, obviously very good quality, but my main of fillet steak was just that, a well cooked filet (which I could get in most restaurants in france,) some cut kartoffels well prepared in advance, a rather wet sauce and a beside dish of well dressed radicchio. disappoint. after said that the restaurant is in an amazing place, were certainly bell views and the personal were excellent.
I was really excited for this restaurant and the location was perfect. That was my 20th Michelin Star restaurant and was my least popular one. The food was very disappointing and not worthy Michelin Star Status
Very delicious dishes parred with really great and interesting champagne from Bruno Paillard. Excellent service from the very second we arrived. Absolutely worth a visit, but be prepared- it’s pricey.
