Das Mittagessen heute war unglaublich, der französische Rosé war köstlich, das Steak Tartare war das Beste und der perfekte Fillet de Peche.... Chez Gaby wird immer besser. Ein Muss, wenn Sie in der Gegend sind....der beste Blick in Porte du Soleil. Champoussin und Chez Gaby 1670 sind ein verborgenes Juwel.

The new owners are so beautiful. I really loved the food. Fabulous desserts prepared by the owner, a French courtyard chef. I can't recommend it enough. Great error of French and Swiss cuisine.

I absolutely loved Gaby. You are under new ownership and you have a fabulous mix of French and Swiss specialities. Everything is fresh and delicious. Cheese is served by farmers in the small restaurant below. The interior is very large. If you're lucky, the owner will pick you up in his snowmobile. I suggest the desserts, the owner is a former French pasty chef. The family owners are just beautiful.

As I know this restaurant for a long time, decided to visit again as service seems to change a lot. salad was nice but after finding a nice hidden spot on the terrace to avoid smokers, staff went exactly behind me to... smoke : and...finished just after me. hope the non smoking terraces will be more known and avoid non smokers be penalised by the smokers. It 's a paradox coming to such a lovely spot in the mountain with clean air to be... invaded by the others smoke! a pity no newspapers orwifi were offered
