Fazoli's - Champaign

Fazoli's always falls short of expectations. I rated it 3 stars because despite receiving a more expensive meal that was not what I had ordered, at least it was served hot and fresh. Additionally, the staff acknowledged the mistake but did not provide a refund or correct the order.

I dined at Fizoli's for the first time and was extremely disappointed. The male drive-thru staff member was incredibly rude. I'm not sure what I did to upset him, other than ordering $50 worth of food. He was the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever encountered at a restaurant. Additionally, my food was smashed and leaking in the bag when he handed it to us.

I had to go ask for my meal because the employees were talking so loudly to each other that they seemed to be almost screaming. No one came by with extra breadsticks or checked on any of the customers. I live out of town and don't get to Champaign very often, but with this kind of service, I doubt I will eat there again.

Always used to go there until yesterday had the worst experience, ordered 4 pizzas and the attitude was horrible , the girl was really mad cuz I had such a large order and she had couple more cars on the driveway and only one the pizza was fully cooked theothers was undone basically white you can see the dough over 60$ orders wasted don?t go there.

Fazolis makes me want to run out in the middle of prospect and get hit by a car. The lady behind the counter was ridiculously rude for no reason! We ordered pizza breadsticks and chicken Alfredo. The breadsticks felt and tasted like eating a kitchensponge. The pizza had a thick layer of grease that absorbed all of the all of the Parmesan cheese. The fettuccine noodles werelike they just came out of the refrigerator! This place is absolutely awful! I will never step foot in this place again. Onlyreason this place gets one star is because the soda was halfway decent!
