Well had went for lunch for 2 10 piece traditional wing (1 w/fries, 1 w/tots) noticed after paying, that the bill was quite high $51 for lunch.Asked our waitress and she just said sorry. Long story short, called back and talked with Hannah(sp) and she rang up the order and said yes, we had overpaid. Instead of offering a refund, she said It has to go to corporate What ??? Excuse me ???What kind of store cannot refund an overpayment at the location. What kind of management is this. Wow, your customer service needs to be looked at, as well as trained in proper procedure.I guess that 's why I go the Savoy store, never any issues......ever.
I have ordered from this restaurant a few times this year, and every time recently, my wings have had very little sauce. If I don't request extra sauce on the side, my wings come out dry, leaving me disappointed.
The restaurant offers delicious food at reasonable prices, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
Unfortunately, this restaurant has gone down hill. The last 4 take out orders have been incorrect. I kept feeling like I was just having bad luck, but the last 4 times I think says enough. I ordered Parmesan garlic boneless wings tonight, came home to honey bbq instead. Receipt has on it Parm Garlic, unfortunate.
