Chez Madame - Chamoson

It is a real fois gras restaurant, absolutely different from any other restaurant in the environment. authentic large taste for those who like in a small village, in the central valley.

Came randomly into this restaurant when it was through chamoson. I was very impressed by eating, taste, presentation were amazing. the employees were very friendly and efficient. the dinner really enjoyed. will be back when in the wallis!

Typische traditionelle französische Küche mit immer sehr freundlichem Service. Vorderer Teil sympathische typische Dorf'beiz', der eine sanfte Renovierung nicht schaden würde. Innerer Teil unpersönlich modernisiert. Mittags-Tagesmenu mit Vor- Hauptgang + Dessert jeweils ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Allerdings nichts für Vegetarier oder, solche, die nicht nur Fleisch essen möchten. Auf spezielle Wünsche wurde nicht eingegangen.

We have been for le menu découverte chasse, which proved to be very good: excellent terrine de chevreuil, but perhaps too much to leave room for what came later; super crème de courge à la truffe; les ravioles de chevreuil poêlées were slightly dry; médaillons de cerfs were... nicely cooked and accompanied by an excellent sauce, fruits, very attentive and helpful service. a good selection of excellent local wines.

After a morning swim in the saillon baths. there is a parking space right in front of the house with a series of rooms that are good. we were greeted by a very friendly waitress who was also good with the children. we went for the menu du jour. that was excellent and she was kind for the 'fussy children'. the restaurant itself has a lot of character with a mix of local and tourist lunches. we will definitely return. trés bon!
