Chalet de la Floria

Just 50 minutes from chamonix you will reach a very nice place with a beautiful view. Shaded the path therefore suitable in any weather condition; You can also sip a drink, a good coffee or eat quietly enjoying the view. Beautiful cottage with stunning views. Very brief letter, they have no electricity. only 4 tables inside, much more space on the terrace. the ride to get there is very nice through a trail in the forest, uphill that yes.

After a 45 min climb from the start of the cable car, we had lunch at the cottage and we were seduced by this simple but terribly effective kitchen: cheese and bacon crozets dish, omelettes, cutlery plates and cheese, sugar/citron pancakes... all the products are very good !service very efficient and smiling ! an address to keep between lovers of food ...

C is always a pleasure to climb to the floria and to take a consumption in front of the white mountain. the climb is within reach of all and passes in the shadow of the fir trees. The cottage team is very nice.

The climb is not relaxing but the result makes forgetting fatigue: super panorama and excellent blueberry pie.
