First test in February: Beautiful frame with lake view, fireplace lit and exceptional dishes. A holy stone and a perfect cooked chapon, desserts as much sought after as dishes. The plates make us eat first with the eyes before feasting our taste buds. Kind service, jovial and quality. Second test for pancakes in the afternoon, small and large are conquered.
