This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I placed a mobile order and they didn't give me the correct items I ordered. (Order #9592 on July 6th at 9:00 AM)
I seriously don't know why I keep going back ....Each time I go there are no more than 4 donuts left as well as muffins.I went tonight 3 hrs before closing and was told that's all they have left on the shelf.Thats exactly why there is zero cars in the parking lot.I will not be going back for the 4th time !! I will go to the other Timmy's in chambly ...better customer service and always donuts available and a much cleaner establishment.Very disappointing again...
Ever since the new management/owners took over this Tim Hortons in December 2021, the service has been terrible. The management has implemented a policy of having only one employee behind the counter during the busy hours of 6-9am. This puts an unreasonable burden on the employee, leading to a decline in service quality compared to the previous owners. I feel sorry for the employees at this location who are not being properly supported. I have decided to stop going to this Tim Hortons and now go to the McDonald's next door instead.
Since the new management/owner of this tim horton took over in December 2021, the service is launable. the management has decided that there are only one employees behind the counter between 6 and 9 o'clock. that is very inhuman, since the hired person can do everything alone. Of course, the quality of the service has declined sharply since this was not the case with previous owners. To be honest, I feel bad for those who work on this site as they are not appreciated. I gave to this place and I'm visiting the mcdonalds next door.
