Family Baking( Rolls Village)

This is such a charming place! The owners are incredibly friendly. I ordered the brown sugar pearl latte and a Hong Kong milk tea, and both were fantastic. The brown sugar latte leaned towards the sweeter side, but it wasn't overpowering. The Hong Kong milk tea was perfectly balanced. We also tried some pastries, which were delightful! I can’t wait to return.

This place is fantastic for baked goods! They offer excellent teas as well, but the bakery items are truly outstanding. The owners are very friendly and are happy to assist you with your choices. They have plenty of vegan options that don't skimp on flavor. I really appreciate that the sweet treats aren't overly sweet. However, my favorites are the savory items, especially the hotdog one!

Today, I ended up at this restaurant based on a recommendation from the owner. I sampled their vegan cakes, which were served in small cups, and my kids chose different flavors. I personally loved the strawberry one! I also picked up a few other items to try, including sausage bread, moon cake, and a cake roll. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive. I will definitely return!

Stopped here to try after all the good reviews. Egg tarts were just ok, not great. Lemon bun and almond bun were ok too. We loved the hong kong milk tea both hot and cold. Also, the man that served us was super nice and helpful and all the treats except for egg tarts were individually wrapped which I prefer. Before COVID places should've been doing this, but definitely after COVID items that are open for public picking definitely sb individually wrapped. Dont play about food safety and being sanitary so kudo's to this place for doing that. Honestly, not sure I would go here again unless nearby as I like other places better.

I wanted boba tea for lunch came here based on reviews. Everything looked delicious, so I bought 3 buns. I started on the scallion bun mango black tea before leaving the parking lot, and my happy dance kicked in. I crushed two buns (scallion taro) on the drive back to work and am mad I didn't buy more for later. The scallion was really good. The cashier was friendly. I'm def coming back here can't wait to eat the lemon bun
