Mug's Coffee - Chambéry

After 10 minutes, they bring the card and 20 minutes later, they take the order and a waitress says "sorry but we serve to eat now". My boyfriend was necessarily mad because it was okay and after the 30 minutes waiting, it's no. I made her notice nicely that she told me yes and she replied "from 11:30, we are serving to eat. I made her notice that we waited 30 minutes and she told me that it was like that and that they were messing with food. So we left. We ring 1 year later and almost the same drawing except that now the order is taken at the bar and that the boss was guiding on the servers by saying that he was overflowed supplement, he barely says hello and when I order my 2 fruit juices, he answers me that "I'm lucky because it is 11:20" (after 20 minutes waiting on the terrace so that we come to tell us to order at the bar). The waiting time is very long in general, the staff lacks organisation and communication, they forget the commands that are wrong in them. nothing transcendent but it's not bad, more employees are not friendly.
