I would not want to pay more as the food is clearly prepared before it ever gets to the restaurant and simply prepared or reheated like a fast food joint. This was obvious by the “cold spots” in the meat that suggests it was microwaved. I love the meat falling off the bones, but the sauce on the wings and ribs lacked any kick whatsoever. I know French tastes are not tailored to spicy food, but this was so bland to call them BBQ is improper labelling. The service and environment are fine.
We were in Chambery and stopped by for dinner. The server was attentive, the food was unfortunately so-so. We were hungry after a long day on the road and the two of us ordered a mixed grill platter. The salads were fresh and tasty. The beef was pathetic (Read tough. , the skewered meal cubes were fair. The chicken wings and baked potatoes saved the meal. The half bottle of wine helped to ease the pain. Yes, we would go back but only order lots of chicken wings!
The restaurant was busy when I was there but the service was friendly and efficient. Steak I had was cooked to my liking and very tasty. I had a small bottle of the house red and I ennjoyed that. Would go back if in town again
The day my daughter was born, I had to find a restaurant open quite late on chambéry. I came to the restaurant and there were. a waitress (which I hope to recognize) was very bad. clean the first service tables. serve new customers. to make the welcome. There was clearly a lack of staff. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry because I wanted to join my wife and baby. I was lucky to be served by that young waitress. very effective. nice (and charming if I can afford) I explained that I was in a hurry and that she agreed to use me in turbo mode. A very good carpaccio. But there wasn't the most important thing. A special evening. The most beautiful day of my life with the birth of my little girl. Thank you very much to this waitress.
We were used to eating the buffalo buffalo the waters we were very disappointed with that of the chamnord. The waiting time was very long. arrived at the restaurant there was no one, we had in the 10 min ordered the aperitif and plates. It took a good quarter of an hour for a coca a glass of wine and 3 sangria. the tapas plate for the airbag arrives well 10 minutes after the drinks knowing that we were always alone in the room. Finally, the plates arrived an hour later with uncooked meats and the dried, black and scary salad sheet on half. The plates remained in the oven. Finally, after eating, we order a dessert that takes more than 30 minutes to arrive. having an appointment we ask the waiter with kindness and courtesy for desserts and this one unpleasant answers us that if we are pressed, we should not go to the restaurant. short a very long wait, a frankly unpleasant waiter (we would have known that we would have cooked too much meat! and unrespected kitchen. positive point a good room manager. We're not going back. We have always had a quality service as well as well cooked and well.
