Smokin' -b-que - CHAMA

I visited my old friend Doug today, and I have to say, the smoked sausage and chopped brisket were fantastic! I highly recommend that anyone passing through Chama make it a point to stop by.

We visited the restaurant on October 10, 2015, and had a great experience overall. The smoked meats were exceptional. However, the sides could use some improvement; the corn was overcooked from sitting in hot water for too long. The brisket, sausage, pulled pork, and grilled chicken were all excellent. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit! They also offer a discount for cash payments.

This is the best BBQ I've ever tasted! A big thank you to the staff for their exceptional service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Chama, New Mexico. You won't regret it!
