Sweet Leaf - Chalmette

Can you say D E L I C I O U S! I stopped by the bakery courtesy of a very good friend of mine who knows the owner of Sweet Leaf. Let me tell you that the 6 dollars I spent at Sweet Leaf was the best 6 dollars I spent in Louisiana. I bought a mini Sweet Potato Pie and a mini Banana Bread Loaf and it was so damn good. I grew up eating Sweet Potato Pie and this was better then my moms! I tried to double back and go get another one while I was in town and they were closed on the weekend. Not gonna lie, my feelings were hurt because I wanted more! Even though this bakery is about 20 to 25 minutes away from downtown New Orleans I kid you NOT it's so worth the drive.

So nice to eat REAL food ! Great service ! My friend and I stopped in to chat it up have some really good food ! Thanks !!!
